Payment & Deposits

This page is used for registrations, donations for workshops for folks who cannot use Stripe.  

All funds collected here support TCNA and Camp Ravencliff (a YMCA facility). The total amount donated to TCNA and YMCA Camp Ravencliff will be listed on this page no later than September 30, 2026.

When submitting your payment, you must include a note specifying the purpose of the payment (e.g., “Day Use Fee – Sept 12–14” or “Workshop: Feather ID – Sept 10”).


$20 per Day Registration Fee per person will be donated to
and split between TCNA Access Fund and YMCA Camp Ravencliff.   

 

1.  Calculate the number of days you will attend and require lodging.  Multiply by the number in your party.  Your donation should include your date of arrival and any day following.  These funds will be donated to TCNA and the YMCA.  

2.  Day Use or Camping (cabin or tent):  $20 per day, per person.  

3.  When submitting your payment include a note on Paypal or Venmo specifying the dates you will be at Camp Ravencliff and the number of folks in your party - then follow that up with a message at Contact Us to us letting us know to be on the lookout for your donation and how the figure was calculated.  


Workshops or Clinics (if so instructed by the leader)

1.  Make your reservation with the Workshop Leader.  

2.  When approved by the leader, make the donation as instructed below on this page.

3. When submitting your payment, be sure to include a note on PayPal or Venmo with your email address and specifying the purpose of the payment (e.g., “Tracker Gathering Day Use Fee – Sept 2-9 or “Workshop: Tracks in the Sand with Bobby Michaels on Sept 10” or "Certification with Matt Nelson Sept 6-7" followed by a message at Contact Us to us letting us know to be on the lookout for your donation and why you're sending it.
