This section will show you how to register for the Tracker Gathering

Donate $25 per day per person to YMCA Camp Ravencliff
(Earlybird Discount $15/day if register before May 1)

Day Use Donation includes:

• a cabin bunk (optional) or a camping spot (optional)
• Starlink super-fast Wi-Fi at The Lodge
• Total use of the facilities at Camp Ravencliff, including flush-toilet bathrooms, hot showers, use of The Lodge kitchen, dining room and free evening tracking and "fun" events

STEP 1: 

Calculate the number of days you will be on-site including your arrival date (minimum 3 days). Multiply the number of days of your stay/participation by $15 (or $25 after May 1) and make your appropriate donation at the link below.  

All proceeds will be directed to YMCA Camp Ravencliff's scholarship fund, which broadens access to camp for families with financial need, and to the TCNA Financial Access Fund which broadens access to world-class tracking education. 

NOTE:  Minimum stay is 3 days.  You may always add more days later, even after we reach capacity and close reservation requests.

THE 4-STEP CERTIFICATION RESERVATION PROCESS

STEP ONE:  First, make sure there is a spot available for the event you would like to attend by inquiring at contact us.  We will respond ASAP - usually within a few hours if in cell range (we're often "gone tracking")

STEP TWO: When you receive a "go" response you may make your reservation.  $425 Earlybird Registration
$425 earlybird pricing is in effect until May 1. 

STEP THREE:  We will reply ASAP with a few questions to ensure a great experience for you.  Your reservation is not official until we receive your response. 

STEP FOUR:  upon receipt of your reply, we will confirm that your registration is official.

SOLD OUT?   There is still a good chance...

There most definitely will be cancellations.  If the Certification you wish to join is sold out, please contact us to be placed on the wait list. Life tends to come up for people, thus there  will be cancellations. The only way you can take advantage of a cancellation is to be on the wait list. If you're on the wait list, we will contact you when a cancellation occurs (there is no obligation or cost to be on the wait list).

TCNA CERTIFICATION REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read the next section about trip insurance. It's very inexpensive and saves you the sting of an emergency cancellation. We urge you to obtain trip insurance (see below).  

The event cancel policy is:  100% refund less a $75 cancel fee IF you or we find a replacement. We will maintain a waiting list. 

TRIP INSURANCE ONLY $23.04

We urge you to obtain trip insurance to avoid the sting of losing your tuition fees in the event "life comes up" and you must cancel. Finding trip insurance is simple on the internet - there are many excellent companies. A good site recommended by Forbes offers many options.  A search in 2025 found $500 of coverage for only $23.04 on Travelinsurance.com
